Overview
You will be working through Term Time Teachers across different nursery settings in Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas.
This role is perfect for agency workers who enjoy variety and want the freedom to choose when they work.
Working hours
Available working hours Monday-Friday include:
- 8:00am β 6:00pm
- 8:00am β 1:00pm
- 1:00pm β 6:00pm
Typical day
A working day will vary depending on your shift and the needs of each nursery but may include:
- Setting up and clearing away activities in indoor and outdoor areas
- Supporting learning through play and ensuring children are safe, engaged, and having fun
- Working closely with permanent nursery staff and adapting quickly to each new setting
- Caring for children across different age groups, from babies to Pre-School
- Safeguarding responsibilities (training can be provided if needed)
About You
We are looking for high-quality, flexible, and reliable childcare professionals who can adapt to a range of nursery environments.
You will need:
- CACHE Level 2 or higher (Level 3 preferred)
- Ability to work across Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas
- Previous nursery experience (beneficial but not essential)
- A warm, caring, and approachable personality
- Patience, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Creativity and enthusiasm when engaging with children
- Availability between 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday
- A professional attitude and passion for providing high-quality childcare
