Location: Newport, South Wales

Salary: £13.00 per hour

Contract Type: Full-Time, Temp to perm

As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products, using solely manual testing material. Your keen eye for detail and thorough approach will be essential in identifying defects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform visual and functional inspections of products at various stages of the production process.
  • Record and document inspection results, including non-conformances and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Assist in maintaining quality documentation and reports for auditing purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, health & safety regulations, and industry guidelines.
  • Assist with internal and external audits as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a quality inspection role is mandatory - Minimum of 12 months.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A proactive attitude towards maintaining high-quality standards.

Shift Patterns Available:
  • Morning Shift - Monday - Friday 06:00am - 14:00pm & 14:00pm - 22:00pm rotating shifts.
