About The Role
As a Senior Content Producer (Meditations), you will be at the forefront of Mindvalley’s mission to elevate human consciousness by creating and delivering groundbreaking meditation practices that resonate with a global audience. This role offers the unique opportunity to design transformative, world-renowned events that create meaningful impact on a global scale. Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Delivery: Design and deliver advanced meditation programs, sessions, and workshops that align with Mindvalley’s mission. Develop content tailored to various meditation levels (beginner to advanced) and goals (e.g., mindfulness, stress reduction, transcendence).
- Program Development: Collaborate with Mindvalley’s content and curriculum teams to create innovative, science-backed meditation experiences. Incorporate diverse meditation styles, including mindfulness, visualization, breathwork, transcendental, and others.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Mindvalley as a meditation authority by contributing to blogs, podcasts, and webinars. Stay updated with the latest research in neuroscience, mindfulness, and meditation to inform your practices.
- Facilitation & Coaching: Lead live and virtual meditation sessions for Mindvalley’s global community. Mentor and guide other instructors, ensuring alignment with Mindvalley’s standards.
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in Mindvalley’s community forums, providing insights and personalized guidance to members. Gather feedback to continually refine and enhance meditation offerings. Work closely with Mindvalley’s product, marketing, and video production teams to create engaging and impactful meditation content.
Experience
- At least 8–10 years of professional experience in meditation instruction, mindfulness coaching, or a related field. Proven track record of creating and delivering meditation programs for large audiences or organizations.
Expertise
- Deep knowledge of meditation techniques, neuroscience, and the benefits of mindfulness practices. Familiarity with multiple meditation modalities (e.g., Vipassana, Kundalini, Zen, Guided Visualization).
Skills
- Exceptional public speaking and facilitation skills. Ability to create engaging, accessible, and transformative experiences for diverse audiences.
Certifications
- Relevant certifications in meditation, mindfulness, or coaching (e.g., MBSR, TM, ICF, etc.). Advanced qualifications in psychology, neuroscience, or related fields are a plus.
Personal Attributes
- Deeply passionate about personal growth, mindfulness, and spiritual transformation. Empathetic, grounded, and able to connect authentically with audiences from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications
