The primary focus of this role will be supporting the SmartVista BackOffice system, developing innovations, and implementing new services. Responsibilities: Configure and support SmartVista BackOffice products and services. Prepare SmartVista BackOffice improvement plans. Ensure the stability and quality of BackOffice processes. Support mandatory changes, new features, and system integrations. Communicate with PSs, partners, and internal teams. Analyze TORs of new features and products. Identify weaknesses and provide system improvements. Qualifications: 3+ years supporting card processing Back Office systems. Strong knowledge of clearing rules, settlement cycles, and processes. Experience with Visa, MC, UPI certification, and implementation projects. Understanding of Visa, MC, UPI rules, clearing, settlement, and authorization processes. Knowledge of PCI-DSS principles. Proficiency in bash scripting and PL/SQL. Desired Skills: Experience with SmartVista. Experience with CI/CD processes. Experience in software development. Why Join Paysend?
