Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end execution of cloud solutions projects ensuring timely delivery
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards
- Cloud Solutions & Architecture
- Oversee the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions
- Collaborate with cloud architects and engineers to define cloud best practices
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization across environments
- Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact for client engagements and solutioning
- Manage client expectations, escalations, and project reporting
- Align client business needs with cloud technology strategies
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of cloud engineers, architects, and project managers
- Mentor teams, promote innovation, and ensure effective collaboration
- Work with vendors and internal teams to meet delivery milestones
- Process Improvement & Innovation
- Apply agile and DevOps best practices to optimize delivery frameworks
- Explore emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
- Continuously improve cloud strategies for cost and performance
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Skills
- Strong experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (certifications preferred)
- Proficient in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation
- Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and compliance frameworks
- Project & Leadership Experience
- 15+ years in IT with 7+ years in cloud project management
- Experience leading enterprise cloud migration and transformation initiatives
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps delivery models
- Proficiency in budgeting, resource planning, and risk mitigation
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS/Azure/GCP Architect certifications
- Experience working in multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments
- Background in sectors like financial services, healthcare, or government is a plus
