What You’ll Be Doing
- As a PMO, you’ll play a key role in delivering finance-related projects from initiation through to completion.
- You’ll help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget - while collaborating closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders across the business.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan & Deliver Projects: Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure delivery against business goals.
- Engage Stakeholders: Be the central point of contact, maintaining strong communication with key stakeholders and keeping everyone aligned.
- Resource Coordination: Work across teams to ensure effective allocation of resources and help resolve any delivery challenges.
- Manage Risks: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects remain on track and successful.

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of project experience in the finance industry, ideally in a PMO, coordinator, or delivery support role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, adaptable, and ready to take ownership and drive solutions.
