QuantSpark is seeking a consulting focused Senior Engagement Manager to deliver innovative solutions, guide cross-functional teams, and shape the future of our clients’ operations. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

You’ll lead complex projects that deliver transformative solutions using advanced analytics and AI. This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client relationship management.

You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle—from scoping to execution—ensuring innovative approaches to problem-solving while managing cross-functional delivery teams. While not a line management position, you’ll guide teams, manage stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes that create lasting impact.

• Lead Complex Projects: Oversee the full lifecycle of high-impact projects—from scoping and planning to execution and closure—delivering tailored solutions that drive measurable results.
• Provide Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering innovative guidance and best practices to support their business transformation goals.
• Foster Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and excellence across technology, data science, and consulting functions.
• Solve Unique Challenges: Apply creative thinking to address client-specific problems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI to unlock new opportunities.
• Develop Client Relationships: Build strong partnerships with clients, identifying opportunities for future collaboration and long-term impact.

Your Background & Skills

• 8+ years progressive of experience in successfully delivering complex projects and assisting in setting direction in areas of expertise.
• Experienced in owning complex, client relationships with a number of key stakeholders.
• Individuals who proactively identify opportunities for deepening existing client relationships.
• Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles within professional services environments (a background in data analytics, AI implementation, or digital transformation would be a bonus).
• Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering multiple, complex projects successfully.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI.
• Analytical mindset combined with innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
