Description- Lead the tax department and oversee all tax-related activities.
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning for clients.
- Ensure tax compliance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, offering expert tax advice.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Foster a positive work environment, and mentor and develop team members.
- Participate in business development activities to increase the firm's client base.

A Successful Tax Director Should Have:
- A professional qualification in Tax, ideally CTA, but ATT + extensive experience is considered.
