We are currently seeking an individual to join this team in the role of Treasury Product Owner. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering user-centric functionality that enhances treasury pricing and risk management capabilities (including NII, EVE, BBES, etc.).
- Defining the product roadmap and establishing long-term objectives in collaboration with business and technology teams to create a strategic and scalable approach.
- Coordinating working groups with senior management to provide updates on progress, build consensus, highlight risks and issues, and ensure alignment across future planned deliveries.
- Acting as the interface, escalation point, and advocate for end-users at the program/project level.
- Reviewing and testing releases in production prior to pilot user rollout.
- Overseeing the rollout process and facilitating user training.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Finance Skills: Treasury or Markets Treasury experience.
- Analytical Skills: Financial Analytics / Methodical reasoning / Critical thinking / Decision Making. Risk management experience.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Financial Technology - a Prior SME, BA roles in a financial institution.
- Communication Skills / Project Management skills: Facilitate Collaboration, Conflict Resolution. Business partnering with influencing skills.
