Solution Search are currently assisting a Tier 1 M&E contractor based in central London. They have successfully secured life science projects in London and the South East and are now in search of an MEP Project Director to deliver high-value projects. Life Science/hospital project experience is a must!

You will lead the overall operational delivery of a major/strategic ME&P project, up to the total value of £100+ million, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction through effective leadership, high-performing teams, and exceptional internal and external stakeholder management. Experience managing large projects and teams from pre-construction through to PC is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities:
  • Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
  • Deliver projects within budget and on time.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
  • HNC/HND or relevant MEP experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in product management

Salary up to £130k - £140k+ package - all dependent on experience. UK Applicants only. To be considered, you must already be working within M&E Building Services Contracting!
