Provide personalised support, assisting individuals with tasks such as cooking, cleaning and managing their daily activities.

Help individuals live independently in their homes and participate in community life, including attending college, gaining employment, and engaging in social activities.

Support service users in achieving their personal goals, helping them develop life skills and build confidence.

Encourage and empower individuals to take control of their lives, offering guidance and support as needed.

Offer companionship and emotional support to improve mental well-being.

Ensure the safety, comfort, and dignity of the individuals you support.
· No Experience Is necessary,but preferred – all that is necessary is a passion for helping others. – Training can be provided
· Ideally, 6 months’ experience in care or similar roles.

· Basic Life Support Training
· Moving Handling Training
