As the first pre-event money pooling app, Whip App allows users to create shared group funds—known as “Whips”—before an event takes place. A prepaid card is generated instantly for group use, removing financial pressure from any one individual. Users can budget, track spending, chat in-app, and settle up with friends—all in one place.

Whip App Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Non-Executive Director (NED) to join the board and provide high-level guidance as the company enters its next stage of growth. As a member of the board, you will support the executive team with independent oversight, contribute to long-term strategic planning, and ensure strong governance practices are upheld. This is a key advisory role that brings valuable insight, accountability, and network influence to the company without direct involvement in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
