Dartmouth Partners is currently supporting a private equity-backed organisation in the data and analytics sector as they navigate a critical post-transaction phase. Following a recent acquisition, the business is seeking an experienced Interim Procurement Consultant to support the integration process and deliver immediate value through procurement optimisation. This newly created role will sit within the group function and focus on identifying and implementing procurement synergies across the business. The successful candidate will work to improve commercial terms and pricing across existing supplier contracts while ensuring alignment with the group's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement integration efforts across the newly combined group entities
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and renegotiate commercial terms with existing suppliers
- Support the development of procurement processes and governance appropriate for a growing, PE-backed organisation
- Ensure awareness of any Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) requirements – although day-to-day management will sit elsewhere in the business
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, and operations to ensure alignment and drive efficiency
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in procurement leadership roles, ideally within PE-backed or high-growth businesses
- Proven track record of post-deal integration, synergy delivery, and supplier consolidation
