Key Responsibilities:- Manage commercial and contractual activities across major defence projects
- Lead bid support, tender submissions, and contract negotiations
- Draft and maintain distributor, reseller, and agent agreements
- Ensure contractual obligations are appropriately flowed down to the supply chain
- Provide commercial governance and compliance guidance across the business
- Support due diligence, risk management, and process development
- Significant experience in a commercial, legal or contract management role
