The Person

  • Proven experience in gym management or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for fitness and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Group Exercise and Group Training skills.
  • Experience in the Fitness Industry and Personal Training.
  • Knowledge of Exercise Physiology.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
  • Certification in Fitness Management or related field.
