What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ad Campaign Support: Assist with the setup, monitoring, and reporting of paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Offline Media Support: Help coordinate and analyse TV, Radio, and Print campaigns—track performance, manage schedules, and support with creative rollout.
- Data & Reporting: Pull performance reports, analyse key metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS), and support the team in making data-led decisions.
- Creative Testing: Work with designers and copywriters to brief and test ad creatives and landing pages. Help manage A/B and multivariate testing pipelines.
- Market Research: Stay on top of competitor activity, consumer trends, and platform updates—and flag what matters.
- Team Coordination: Help keep campaigns moving by supporting timelines, documentation, and internal communication.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in a marketing, media buying, or data-heavy role (agency, in-house or startup environment).
- A numbers-first mindset—you’re confident with data, love digging into spreadsheets, and can spot trends in performance.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic tracking/reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Sheets/Excel).
- Interest or exposure to offline media (TV, Radio, Print) is a big plus—even if you’ve just dipped your toe in.
- Highly organised and proactive. You can juggle tasks, meet deadlines, and work well in a fast-paced team.
- Curious, coachable, and looking to grow into a top-tier performance marketer.
