The Role
As a Technology Business Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering our professional services for treasury systems implementation. This role combines your deep knowledge of treasury operations and financial instruments with your ability to configure systems, manage projects, and consult directly with clients. Expect a dynamic mix of on-site and remote work, where you’ll be the bridge between client needs and transformative tech solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and executing treasury systems implementations for clients globally
- Consulting with clients to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Configuring treasury software platforms based on detailed specifications
- Using SQL/Oracle databases and web interfaces for system setup and testing
- Running and managing system, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior consultants
- Providing client training sessions (1:1 or classroom) as needed
- Contributing to pre-sales support and solution planning
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years experience in consulting or software application implementations
- Strong background in treasury operations (Front, Middle, and Back Office)
- Solid understanding of financial instruments (FX, Securities, Derivatives, Repos, etc.) and their pricing/valuation
- Experience with Treasury Software Products
- Familiarity with SaaS and hosted environments
- Proficient in SQL and working with databases like Oracle
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Capable of translating business needs into functional specs and configurations
- Experience with UML, use cases, or business modeling a plus
- Ability to lead and deliver client-facing implementations independently or as part of a team
