Role Overview: As the Technical Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workshop team, ensuring high-quality service delivery for IT and EPOS systems. You will lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support, while ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This is a key role within the organisation, requiring technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of technicians in an IT and EPOS workshop environment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for IT systems and EPOS hardware/software.
- Oversee the repair, maintenance, and installation of IT and EPOS systems for clients.
- Ensure the team meets performance targets, service levels, and deadlines.
- Manage the prioritisation of work orders, ensuring efficient workflow and timely resolutions.
- Maintain inventory and manage the ordering of necessary parts and equipment for repairs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in IT and EPOS systems.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role within an IT or EPOS environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and EPOS solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

What We Offer:
- £180 - £200 per day (inside IR35, these rates are the umbrella company rate subject to deductions)
