As a Property Sales Executive (internally known as Statutory Sales Executive), you\’ll meet sales targets and deliver a customer-focused experience, promoting our home ownership services. Typical day as a Property Sales Executive Manage all sales activities, progress sales, and achieve targets. Assess potential customers\’ ability to purchase properties and guide them through the approval process. Support marketing and campaigns related to resales, staircasing, and statutory sales. Maintain accurate records of transactions for reporting purposes. Attend open days, launches, and other sales events. You bring Experience in property sales, including marketing and sales. Knowledge of resales, staircasing, and statutory sales processes. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Understanding of mortgage processes and home ownership schemes. Comfort with digital marketing tools or willingness to learn. Job details 37.5 hours per week, managing your own diary. Hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office.
