Due to continued success and growth across the UK, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join the team and manage a key territory across Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire.
This is a highly autonomous, field-based role focused on building strong, long-term relationships with surgeons, procurement teams, and wider hospital stakeholders. You'll be responsible for driving revenue and market share by identifying and converting opportunities within competitor accounts and maximising value from existing customers. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, working in close collaboration with internal teams to support commercial and clinical success.
What skills and experience do you need to be considered?
- Proven success in hospital theatre sales, ideally within orthopaedics or similar clinical environments – but equally open to other areas of medical devices
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic, goal-oriented approach
