Europe’s leading developer, and manager of upscale designer retail destinations is currently looking for a French or German speaking L&D Partner. You’ll be the go-to person for training across 8 countries, crafting and delivering content mainly in digital formats. Your main tasks will involve setting up and running inductions, tailoring training to suit each area, and working closely with local HR teams. You’ll need to be a pro with digital learning tools and culturally aware to make sure training hits the mark in diverse regions. Plus, you’ll be constantly tweaking and enhancing programs, managing relationships with stakeholders, and making sure everything lines up with the company’s goals. We’re seeking someone passionate, who’ll get people excited about and involved in workshops, LinkedIn Learning, and internal channels by chatting with colleagues about the learning and development. Salary: up to £50,000 + bonus (discretionary 25%) Hybrid work pattern with 3 days in the office (London Marylebone) Wellbeing allowance. Two volunteering days per year.
