My client is a fast-growing independent property consultancy specializing in agency and valuation. Currently a team of around 17, they are looking for an experienced AD / Director level agency surveyor to join them at the ground level in London with ambitions to become a major player in the City agency space.
They have an established flow of agency work up north which will aid the growth of the London agency offering, but they require somebody with experience to spearhead the London agency team growth. Their work is mainly office, mixed-use, and other commercial property.
Having spoken with the founder, who seems like a very friendly, grounded, and level-headed leader, I believe it is likely a great opportunity to help drive a company forward that already has a strong market presence and platform for you to capitalize on, and naturally, you would expect career/progression opportunities to arise as the company expands.
Benefits:
- Basic Salary - Up to £80,000 approx. Depending on experience and contacts, plus monthly car allowance and bonus (scheme to be discussed and agreed with yourself)
- Pension contribution (standard)
- Remote and flexible working environment with the option to work from a local office (likely to be in Kings Cross, currently in the process of conducting viewings)
- Annual leave - 25 days plus bank holidays
- CPD costs covered and travel expenses covered
