Our client, a dynamic and innovative business in the FinTech sector, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Counsel to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of legal strategy and work closely with top-tier professionals in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and lead the legal team, driving excellence in legal matters across the organisation.
- Provide strategic legal advice and briefings to the senior leadership team and board.
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions to support business growth.
- Oversee the Data Protection Officer and compliance matters for the business.
- Coordinate, negotiate, and review commercial contracts.
- Manage and update all legal process documents.
Experience Required:
