Iterating based on feedback and moving designs forward into a dev ready state.
- Presenting to stakeholders and peers: We cannot design alone; feedback is so vital to what we do. Our design team does regular critiques and feedback sessions to aid collaboration. You’ll be expected to present design concepts to stakeholders and other peers with a high level of confidence, expressing clear rationales to back up your design choices.
- Holistic thinking: As a Sr Product Designer you’ll have the experience and ability needed to function across multiple product areas. - Crafting and advocating for our experience vision: You’ll work with other senior members of the team to create impactful experience visions that demonstrate “what could be”.
