We’re looking for someone with strong Unreal Engine experience to build responsive gameplay systems and solve complex technical challenges in a multiplayer game as part of our gameplay team. BULKHEAD is on the hunt for a Senior Engineer who specializes in gameplay engineering and thrives in Unreal Engine. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Writing high-performance, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Solving tricky debugging and optimisation challenges
  • Making sure networking runs like a dream in multiplayer environments
  • Guiding and mentoring other engineers to level up their skills
  • Collaborating with designers and artists to create something amazing

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong C++ skills and Unreal Engine experience
  • Deep understanding of multiplayer networking
  • A track record of shipping commercial multiplayer games
  • A passion for problem-solving and making things better

THE GAME

You’ll be working on Wardogs, an all-out-warfare multiplayer first person shooter. That means infantry combat, tank warfare, jet dog fighting, and artillery barrages. We play test the game twice a week, so you’ll have lots of time to get stuck in and really be a part of the game you’re creating.
