About The Business Division: This role is part of QQFS , a Gothenburg-based fieldwork agency specializing in market research in the Nordics, Benelux, Austria, and Switzerland. Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Project Recruitment: Execute recruitment tasks across Scandinavia and other QQFS markets, including contacting panelists via phone, scheduling interviews, and ensuring project timelines are met. Panel Building and Engagement: Meet registration targets, build panels, re-engage users, handle inquiries, and maintain relationships with panel members. Quality and Data Management: Investigate fraud, complete verification for new members, and test online research links. Qualifications Fluency in Danish and preferably additional QQFS languages. Effective communication skills, proficiency in PC tools, attention to detail, and investigative skills.
