About the Venue: Vision Hall stands prominently in the heart of London, offering a versatile and contemporary event space designed to inspire. This remarkable venue features state-of-the-art facilities, flexible configurations, and stunning architectural elements throughout its impressive interior.
Role Purpose: The successful Event Planner will need to have a proven track record within a planning/sales role. You will be working closely with our Director of Events, and you’ll need to be a proactive self-starter, liaising with the building, logistics, and culinary teams. Responsible for events from quotation through to completion, including handing over and briefing to the Operations team. Work collaboratively with the venue sales team to conduct site visits and develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
