We are hiring specifically for a French speaker as you will be supporting an extremely senior Partner based in Paris, though your role will be based in London.
As a Senior French speaking Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting a select group of Senior Managing Directors (including one very senior Partner in the Paris office) with best-in-class Executive Assistant support.
In this true 360 EA role, your duties will vary but include:
- Provide a full and comprehensive EA service to 3 charming and demanding Managing Directors
- Expertly coordinate multiple complex and fast-moving global schedules across time zones
- Pre-empt clashes, solve scheduling conflicts and work your magic to create a smooth-flowing schedule
- Create, produce and design high-quality documents using your skills across the MS Office suite
- Support with Business Development & Marketing activities
- Support with high-quality events
