DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a junior to mid-level Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) Analyst, participates in conducting Job Task Analyses (JTAs), Front End Analyses (FEAs), and Training Requirements Analyses (TRAs). Collaborates with a cross-functional team to collect and ensure technical accuracy of MPT data in support of JTAs, FEAs, and TRAs. Conducts data analysis to develop manpower estimates, personnel requirements, and training requirements using software tools. Collaborates with teammates, customer, and other stakeholders to develop MPT documents and presentations. Attends and assists in facilitating various meetings with government and contractor personnel.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- One to three years’ experience working as an instructional designer.
- Bachelor’s degree or a certificate/certification in human performance technology, Instructional Design, Workforce Development, education, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple program components and activities simultaneously, independently or as a member of a working group.
ABILITY TO OBTAIN A SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Marine Corps Manpower Personnel & Training experience.
- Familiarity with Marine Corps organizations, functional missions, environment, and programs.
- Experience interfacing directly with Government clients up through senior-level staff to help achieve their objectives by providing management, technical and programmatic support.
- Experience and proficiency in procedures related to DoD directives and standards to include the NAVMC 1553.1a Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education Handbook (MCISD/SATE).
