The company specialises in Swiss and European road freight movements and prides itself on delivering a reliable, full-service freight solution.
About the Role: This is a full-time, on-site position with some flexibility. You will be managing day-to-day forwarding and logistics operations. You will handle the full freight forwarding cycle from quoting through to invoicing and ensure smooth and professional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage road freight operations across Swiss and European routes
- Handle all documentation for import and export procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the process
- Ensure compliance with logistics and customs regulations
- Work closely with internal teams, clients, and carriers
- Provide end-to-end coordination from quoting to delivery and invoicing
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in freight forwarding - ideally road freight transportation
