We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a French speaking Document Controller to join a world class architecture & design organisation.
Location of the job: London office
Language requirements for the job: Fluency in French & English is essential.
Company background: Our client is an international architecture & design practice.
Job responsibilities of the French speaking Document Controller:
- Controlling the issuing of documents going out, and those coming in.
- Checking/verifying documents prior to issue for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintaining project registers and control logs as needed.
- Assisting project teams with storage and access of project information.
- Assisting with preparation of reports.
- Assisting with scheduling and closeout of project processes.
The successful candidate background:
- Fluency in French & English is essential.
- Extensive document control experience in a construction environment preferable.
- Knowledge of Aconex and NewForma – or other process-led, document control systems.
- Be detail focused, highly organised, and comfortable working to multiple strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
