An opportunity to join a regional and friendly law firm and support their fast-growing Private Client Department on a locum basis. You will have a solid background and experience in handling trust matters, ranging in complexity, as well as Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), and Income Tax matters.
You will be required to manage trust files from inception through to conclusion. Coordinate with key stakeholders to advance client matters ensuring compliance and completion of necessary documentation. You will oversee the trust registration process and prepare Trust Accounts and Estate Tax Returns. You will be required to support the wider Trusts team.
Previous experience in a legal or accountancy background is required. Candidates with AAT Accounting qualification are encouraged to apply. Primarily office-based, but can look at hybrid working options.
