Outline Responsibilities:
- As a senior leader in our Project Controls Practice, you will lead the Northeast team in growing our service offering and ensuring our teams are performing to the highest standards.
- Your role will include attracting and developing high calibre Project Controls talent that helps us deliver an exceptional service for our clients in the Northeast.
- You will provide excellent leadership to our high-performing Project Controls team in the Northeast, collaborating with senior leaders in other geographies and across other practices/technical disciplines.
- You will work closely with our Win-Work function (Client Directors and Key Account Managers) to help us grow our influence in the industry by securing exciting commissions and new work for Project Controls team.
- As a senior leader in our Project Controls Practice, you will support our clients in our core markets within the Northeast. You will provide technical advice and expertise to our clients in senior leadership roles within Project Controls, working on some of the biggest infrastructure projects in the UK.
- You will be accountable for talent development, staff motivation, retention and utilisation. You will take the lead on providing assurance on the quality of your team’s client-side delivery.
