This role is part-time (32.5 hours a week) and working hours are 07:30am-14:30pm, Monday-Friday, 52 weeks of the year. Join us and benefit from:

Your knowledge, skills and character qualities make you the perfect Business Administrator. You are:

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer care; your experience of working in a front-of-house environment enables you to provide a warm and friendly welcome to our parents and nursery visitors, answering phone calls and emails in a positive, professional manner.
  • Naturally diligent with excellent IT and organisation skills; your knowledge of computer-based systems and your attention to detail ensures you log enquiries and maintain family records, create accurate invoices and manage queries relating to charges and discounts, and support the Nursery Manager with ordering, diary management and administration tasks.
  • An advocate for partnership working; you thrive as part of a team environment, and you enjoy building meaningful and respectful relationships with others, promoting our company values and the best outcomes for everyone.
