We are seeking a first-class Executive Assistant to support our Group CEO and Group Commercial Director. Key Responsibilities- Executive Support
- Manage busy and often-changing schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare polished reports, board packs, correspondence, and executive presentations
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and Commercial Director, offering seamless day-to-day support
- Manage sensitive matters with absolute confidentiality and professionalism
- Communication & Stakeholder Liaison
- Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external communication on behalf of the executive team
- Handle emails, calls, and enquiries with speed and discretion, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Build and maintain strong relationships across departments, partners, and stakeholders
- Meetings & Events
- Plan, coordinate and attend high-level meetings including board sessions and stakeholder engagements
- Create agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action points
- Organise logistics for executive events and corporate functions
- Project & Strategic Support
- Assist with the delivery of commercial and strategic projects across multiple sectors
- Conduct market and industry research to inform decision-making
- Track key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with executive priorities
- Administrative Oversight
- Process expense reports, support budgeting documentation, and manage procurement tasks
- Maintain document control and filing systems in line with GDPR and internal policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of executive operations
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders, directors, or C-suite executives
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a confident and professional manner
- A calm, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities
- High standards of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Trello or Asana (desirable)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile work environment
- Experience preparing board-level documentation and supporting high-level reporting
- Minimum 3 years experience in an Executive Assistant, Directors PA, or similar senior administrative role
- Business Administration or Management qualification (desirable)
- Experience working in a multi-sector or service-led business (desirable)
- A central role within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation
