We have an exciting opportunity for an EA to join a tech brand based just outside of Cheltenham to support their CEO by providing high-level executive support. This is a 5 days in office role, full time, permanent and based in a beautiful location.
Role Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling the CEO's diary, preparing meetings and briefing notes, and recording weekly insights.
- Meeting coordination including organising meetings, creating and distributing agendas, attending meetings to take minutes, and supporting at speaking arrangements.
- Correspondence and document production including keeping the inbox cleared, transcribing emails, creating documents and proposals.
- Task management including organising travel and bookings, monthly expenses, maintaining digital filing systems alongside providing organisational support for the CEO's home and charity when required, and maintaining the office space.
Experience:
This role is varied and is looking for someone who is passionate and is looking to deliver high-quality work. Previous solid experience working as a PA is required for this role.
