Logistics Administrator We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Logistics Administrator for a leading engineering company based in L ymington . Introduction The Logistics Administratorrole is a brand new position due to companygrowth and will be a key function across the business of managingthe site’sexport administration. The role involves liaison between Sales, Despatch, Production and Accounts to ensure thecustomers orders are processed and shipped as seamlessly and efficiently whilst providing professional, reliable and timely updates to the customer. Main Responsibilities: Entering sales orders onto the MRP system and issuing order acknowledgements to thecustomers Preparation and issuing of quotations to customers Ensuring compliance: Meeting all national and international shipping and export regulations Preparing documents: Creating all export documents Supporting Despatch to streamprocesses Identifying and implementing cost efficiencies to the existing processes Order Chasing: Managing export sales orders, including documentation and shipping logistics …
