What You’ll Do

  • Take the lead from the initial client brief to final de-rig, ensuring seamless event production.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and event designs, working closely with creative teams.
  • Coordinate suppliers, crew, and equipment, managing logistics with precision.
  • Oversee budgets for event productions, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate an events team, ensuring every project runs smoothly.
  • Uphold the highest standards of health & safety, ensuring compliance at every stage.

Who You Are

  • Extensive experience in technical event production within a multitude of intimate London venues or hotels.
  • A pro at managing client relationships, delivering exceptional service and technical expertise.
  • Skilled in project delivery, logistics, and budget management.
  • Comfortable leading high-energy, high-pressure events with confidence.
  • Certifications like IPAF, First Aid, IOSH are a plus—but training is available if needed!
