What You’ll Do
- Take the lead from the initial client brief to final de-rig, ensuring seamless event production.
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and event designs, working closely with creative teams.
- Coordinate suppliers, crew, and equipment, managing logistics with precision.
- Oversee budgets for event productions, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate an events team, ensuring every project runs smoothly.
- Uphold the highest standards of health & safety, ensuring compliance at every stage.
Who You Are
- Extensive experience in technical event production within a multitude of intimate London venues or hotels.
- A pro at managing client relationships, delivering exceptional service and technical expertise.
- Skilled in project delivery, logistics, and budget management.
- Comfortable leading high-energy, high-pressure events with confidence.
- Certifications like IPAF, First Aid, IOSH are a plus—but training is available if needed!
