We are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our Client in a Global Manufacturing facility. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Team Leader to thrive in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

Salary: £43,000 + Annual bonus of up to £3,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Effectively manage the day to day operation of all production areas
  • Accurate production planning
  • Scheduling
  • Lead a small team
  • Identify production issues or bottlenecks and resolve
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines
  • Manage production budgets
  • Oversee quality control
  • Risk assessments
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and optimisation
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar production leadership role
  • Previous experience of people management
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn and develop
  • Good working knowledge of MS packages – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Knowledge of D365 operating platform
  • Change management experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • A professional, confident, and diplomatic approach to communication

The hours of work will be 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday although flexibility to work outside of these hours will be required due to the nature of the business.
