We are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a busy and growing manufacturing facility based in Ellesmere. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to secure long-term work within a supportive and team-focused environment.
The Production Operator Role:
- Operating machinery used in the production of concrete products.
- Preparing and pouring concrete into moulds and ensuring correct curing processes are followed.
- Assisting with the demoulding and finishing of concrete components.
- Conducting quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised.
- Moving raw materials and finished products around the factory using manual handling techniques or equipment.
- Completing basic production records and data entry.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is desirable, ideally within a construction or heavy materials environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work to production schedules.
- A good team player who can also work independently when required.
