Randstad Education is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to support schools across Chichester. You will work closely with teachers to create an engaging learning environment, helping students grow academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students needing extra help
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Help prepare and organize teaching materials and resources
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required
- Assist with classroom management and student behaviour
- Participate in school events, activities, and parent meetings when needed
Requirements:
- Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
