Basic salary circa £24k + bonus earning potential of £4k-£6k. Total package circa £30k.
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm (shifts rota e.g. 8:30-4:30pm / 9:30-5:30pm) - No weekends!

You will be based in the Bradford office and part of a new highly skilled team of multi-skilled customer service advisors. This is a financial services business, so upholding the highest standards is imperative. While you will be having service and sales conversations, you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
On a daily basis, you will handle calls to and from customers regarding a range of financial products, ensuring the best outcome for the customer.
It’s worth pointing out that given this is a new team, there will be lots of opportunities to progress as the department grows, so if you are ambitious, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Previous Customer Service or Sales experience is essential; however, experience from a financial services environment, while desirable, is not essential. All Customer Service and Sales backgrounds will be considered.
