We are excited to now be recruiting for an experienced Finishing Foreman. The responsibility of this role is to manage the completion and quality of our homes in a safe and efficient manner while meeting our build programmes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise and co-ordinate the completion of homes
- Manage quality of finishing trades
- Snag internal and external finishes
- Provide snag list for all trades and monitor completion of snags identified
- Manage site resources with the Site Manager to maintain programme requirements
- Arrange and attend both Building Control and CML inspections
- Control warranty and completions certificates, transfer documents to head office and Sales Advisor for inclusion in handover pack
- Arrange air tests where applicable
- Attend Home demonstrations
- Carry out courtesy calls
- Provide customer care support
What experience do I need?
- Be a confident leader with a proven track record, ideally in a house building environment
- Possess the knowledge and experience to ensure compliance to build and safety standards
- Exceptional organisation skills, along with a methodical and analytical thought process
- Strong all-round communication skills enabling you to produce reports clearly on production process and quality
