Responsibilities:- Conduct routine maintenance tasks and repairs in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
- Inspect and maintain building systems and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, repair, and replace fixtures and appliances.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate with property managers and tenants as necessary.
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks.
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
