The Role

As Paid Media Manager (PPC & Paid Social), you'll have the opportunity to lead high-impact campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and Microsoft Ads. This role is perfect for someone who's ready to drive results, take creative control, and optimize every detail of paid media strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Own and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Master PPC with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive profitable results
  • Manage and optimise tracking from pixels and tags to server-side solutions
  • Collaborate with smart, passionate teams in the UK and South Africa
  • Use GA4 and advanced analytics to drive performance and insights
  • Solve tracking issues with precision and confidence
  • Communicate directly with clients, delivering results and strategy that impress

What We're Looking For

  • You've got a deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn ad platforms
  • You live and breathe Google Ads and have strong experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and server-side tools like Stape
  • You've managed ecommerce tracking for platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce
  • You're analytical, detail-oriented, and love optimizing every campaign
  • Bonus points if you've worked with programmatic platforms like StackAdapt
