We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Lending to lead a team of campaign marketing experts in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. As the Senior Marketing Manager – Lending, you’ll:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Lending products and campaigns
- Lead a team of campaign marketers to drive results across multi-channel campaigns
- Use customer insights and data to optimize marketing strategies and improve performance
- Manage budgets, ensure compliance, and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business.
- 7+ years’ experience in financial services marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of Lending products, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, direct marketing, social)
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance measurement.
