SOC Implementation Consultant / SOC Analyst - OIR35

Position: SOC Implementation Engineer / SOC Analyst / SOC Engineer

Location: West Midlands (Hybrid, Outside IR35, Some Travel to Client Sites)

Overview: My leading consultancy client is looking for a SOC Implementation Consultant / SOC Engineer to join them immediately to work on a number of clients. One of the key clients is looking for expertise in optimizing the processes of the SOC to redefine the internal and external processes on the implementation of the SOC and help define how it will run within IT Operations and the wider business.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement SOC procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective incident response.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and enhance protective monitoring and controls.
3. Work with cyber security teams to enhance incident response capabilities.
