Are you a product focussed UX Designer looking for an opportunity to take ownership and progress your career? You could be joining a market leading software house that’s remote access product is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide.

As a Product UX Designer you will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and a Graphic Designer to design intuitive, elegant user experiences for the suite of Desktop and Web applications, with some mobile work too. You’ll take ownership of UX Design, introducing structure and processes to establish the function within the business to simplify user journeys, reduce friction and provide design tools. You will lead user flows, wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs that make complex tasks feel seamless, championing accessibility, scalability and design consistency across platforms.

Location / WFH: There’s a friendly and supportive team environment, you’ll be able to work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the London office once a week.

About You:

  • You have strong UX design experience, working on software products.
  • You have a demonstrable portfolio that showcases user flows, wireframes and interaction designs for desktop and web applications; mobile would also be great but not essential.
  • You have experience of working with Product Analytics tools to identify poor UX paths as well as A/B test solutions.
  • You have a good understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • You’re collaborative with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
