This role will head up a small engineering team, managing contractors, PPMs and breakdowns. You will be part of the senior leadership team, involved in the development of the site and making group decisions on direction. This business is looking for this role due to a retirement after 20+ years employment, showing how they value their staff and invest in their development. This role is perfectly suited to someone looking to step up into a management role or move onto a days shift pattern after being in an engineering shift supervisor or engineering shift manager position.
