How you’ll make an impact: Cin7 is expanding its UK footprint, and we are looking for a high-impact Sales Team Lead to drive our regional growth. This is a quota-carrying leadership role where you will own new business revenue for the UK, while building and scaling a high-performing sales team. You will work closely with the VP of Global Sales, Account Executives, and Business Development teams to develop a scalable GTM strategy, refine outbound and inbound sales motions, and establish Cin7 as the go-to inventory management platform in the UK market. As the first leadership hire in the region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy and have the opportunity to grow into a UK Sales Manager role as the team expands.
A day in the life:
- Own and exceed new business revenue targets for the UK market.
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy tailored to the UK region.
- Act as a player-coach, managing your own pipeline while mentoring and supporting future hires.
- Recruit, train, and onboard top-tier sales talent to build out the UK team.
- Drive outbound prospecting initiatives in partnership with Marketing and BDRs.
- Develop key relationships with UK-based partners, prospects, and customers to expand Cin7’s market presence.
- Optimize sales processes, lead qualification, and deal execution to shorten the sales cycle and maximize conversion rates.
- Forecast and report on sales performance, ensuring visibility into UK pipeline health.
- Leverage sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and more) to improve efficiency and scale outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with the global sales leadership team to align regional strategies with company-wide initiatives.
Here’s what you’ll bring with you:
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quota.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or senior AE role, ideally in a growing market.
- Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, sales pipeline management, and consultative sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the UK market expansion.
- Experience selling to SMB and mid-market customers in the UK is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- High energy, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-growing environment.
